Self is a data-driven project that aims to promote self-reflection and collaboration by collecting quantitative and qualitative data and translating it into a digital, tangible representation.

Starting from the needs of a young paralympic athlete we developed a prototype for supporting student athletes dealing with mental health challenges in professional sport life.
